If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days — no questions asked.
Just make sure the item is unused and in its original packaging. We’ll take care of the rest.
Oops! If you received the wrong item, we’re truly sorry.
Please contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the item — we’ll sort it out and send you the correct product as quickly as possible.
We’re sorry to hear that your order arrived damaged.
Please take a clear photo of the item and packaging, and contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Once your return is approved, you will receive an email with the return address and instructions.
Please do not send any items back without prior authorization — unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

If you notice that your shipping address is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we will update the address.
If the package has already been dispatched, we’ll assist you in tracking it or resolving the issue with the courier.
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour.
After this window, we can’t guarantee changes, but we’ll do our best to help.
Some sold-out items may become available for pre-order.
If the option is available, you’ll see a “Pre-order” button on the product page along with an estimated shipping date.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (card/PayPal/other checkout method). For refund requests, email sales@qamirox.com with your order number.
