Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be returned in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-returnable items

Certain types of goods are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable items (e.g. food, flowers)
  • Digital downloads or software
  • Intimate or personal care goods
  • Gift cards
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

Partial refunds may be granted if:

  • The product shows obvious signs of use
  • The item is not in original condition, is damaged or missing parts
  • The return is initiated more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Refunds are issued within 5-10 days after we receive the returned item.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider — posting times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank — there may be delays in processing.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
  • Once the returned item is received, we will send you a gift certificate.

If it was not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

To return your item, please ship it to:

You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, especially for high-value items.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
